Free trials and abuse prevention
To limit free trials to one per account and IP, we use your connection IP and store a protected identifier, not the original IP. People on the same network share this limit. This record is retained while the trial offer exists to prevent repeat claims; it does not block registration or purchases.
1. Data we collect
To run the store, we collect your account email and the records of your orders (product, variant, date and status). Card details and other payment information are processed directly by the payment provider and are not stored by the store.
2. How we use data
We use your data to create and maintain your account, deliver keys and downloads, provide support, send order-related emails, and keep the store secure (fraud and key-abuse prevention).
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with the authentication provider (account), the payment provider (billing) and email services (order notices), always limited to each service's purpose.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep order data while your account exists, for history and support. You can request deletion of your account and associated data through support; processed orders may be kept in anonymized form for accounting or legal requirements.
5. Security
We apply technical measures to protect data, including per-user access control, encrypted traffic and protected storage of license keys, which are visible only to the buyer.
6. Your rights
You may request information about your data, correction or deletion at any time through the store's support channels. We comply with applicable data protection laws, such as the LGPD in Brazil.
