1. About the store
Monarca Bots is a digital store selling software licenses: game bots, hacks and automation tools. Purchases are digital products delivered as a license key plus download in the customer area.
2. Customer account
To buy, the customer creates an account with email and password (or Google) and is responsible for keeping credentials safe and for all activity on the account. Shared or resold accounts may be suspended.
3. Purchase and delivery
Before starting payment, the customer must read and expressly agree to these terms by checking the acceptance box. The accepted version, language and acceptance date are recorded on the order. Delivery follows payment confirmation by the provider: the license key and download become available in the customer area. Each key is unique and personal; reselling or sharing a key may lead to deactivation.
4. Activation and validity
Key activation, validity and limits are controlled by the application itself, not by the store. Variants (for example 7, 30 or 90 days) indicate the corresponding period of use.
5. Ban risk
Hacks, bots and cheats may violate game rules and result in temporary or permanent bans, suspension, loss of items or progress, or other penalties. Undetectable or ban-free use is not guaranteed. The customer acknowledges these risks. To the extent permitted by law, Monarca Bots does not assume liability for game penalties resulting from use of these tools. A ban alone does not trigger an automatic refund, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
6. Game updates and unavailability
The game may update or change its protections at any time, causing the bot to stop working temporarily, in whole or in part. Restoration depends on the feasibility of adapting the software; no restoration deadline or uninterrupted operation is guaranteed. If the purchased product becomes irreversibly unusable, Monarca Bots will notify the customer and offer, at no additional cost, an exchange for 1 month of access to any other store product chosen by the customer. This alternative does not replace or limit mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies.
7. Multiple accounts and proxies
Products offering this feature may support up to 100 accounts using proxies. This is a maximum limit, not a guarantee of simultaneous operation. Results strongly depend on proxy quality, stability, configuration and reputation, computer resources, and the game's rules and detection systems. If the game identifies proxies as fake, suspicious or prohibited, it may block connections or apply penalties. This feature may therefore fail or work only partially for some customers, even below 100 accounts. Compatibility with every proxy and protection from bans are not guaranteed.
8. Support
Installation and setup support is provided through the channels listed in the store, when available. Have your order number ready to speed things up.
9. Refunds and consumer rights
The store's commercial policy does not offer refunds after key delivery solely for a change of mind, bans or interruptions caused by game updates. This does not exclude withdrawal rights where applicable, liability for defects, improper charges or other rights guaranteed by applicable consumer law, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code where applicable. Permanent unavailability also qualifies for the exchange offer in section 6 without excluding legally required remedies. Accepting these terms does not waive mandatory rights.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Each purchase is governed by the version accepted before payment; later changes do not reduce rights for that purchase.
